Describe the work. Nexra runs it and shows its working.

Tell Nexra what should happen between your apps, in plain words. It drafts the workflow on your own accounts, waits for the right person on anything important, and keeps a record of every run.

Free to try with sample apps and test data, without connecting anything. Nothing real is sent or charged, and no card is needed.

Prefer help? Bring us a workflow. A person reads it and replies within one working day, and we can set it up with you.

Same apps, same team. One flow does all five steps, and a person checks only the one that matters.

How order #1048 got to London, and why you can trust every step.

  1. Connect the apps you already use.

    Apps, APIs, providers, and workflows

Ada signed in to Shopify, DHL, Flutterwave, Xero and WhatsApp once, and chose exactly what Nexra may read and change. Then she described the workflow, and Nexra Agent drafted it.

250+ apps and 11,300+ ready-made actions, templates to start from, and anything with an API. Your passwords stay in a secure vault, never shown to people or agents.

  2. A person signs off on what matters.

Permissions, approvals, limits, and secure credentials

The sale was over ₦5,000,000, so it waited for Chidi in finance. Ada couldn't approve it herself, because the person who asks is never the person who approves.

Your own limits and rules, 12 roles with separation of duties, single sign-on, and money that only moves the way you set it up.

  3. Every step is on the record.

    Testing, reconciliation, logs, and evidence

When the auditor asks about order #1048 in March, the answer takes seconds: what ran, who approved it, and the receipt each app sent back.

Flows tested before they go live, payments matched to your books every day, and a tamper-evident record you can hand to anyone who asks.

    4. Waiting for finance

Nothing is written to Xero until someone in finance decides.

  4. And when something goes wrong.

Retries, stopped records, and safe recovery

If DHL doesn't answer after the customer has paid, that order stops there. Nexra tries again, and if DHL is still down, the right person is told and can retry it in one click once DHL is back.

When Nexra can't tell whether a step went through, it doesn't repeat it blindly. It checks first or asks a person, so nothing is booked, sent or posted twice.

Less effort in. More business out.

Eight things change when your apps work as one. None of them needs a development project.

Launch in weeks, not quarters

Your first workflow goes live in weeks: start from a template, test it in the sandbox, then switch it on.

ExampleInstall International orders, connect Shopify, DHL Express and Xero, run it with test data, then go live.

30 ready-made workflow templates

No re-keying, no missed hand-offs

Orders, invoices and payouts move on their own, and only the exceptions wait for the right person.

ExampleA Stripe payout is booked as one journal in Xero on its own. Only one over your limit waits for finance.

Grow on open connectors

ExampleConnect your own system from its OpenAPI file, and let Claude use it through MCP, inside your rules.

REST, OpenAPI and MCP · no lock-in

Simplicity

No code, one place: your team does the work from one screen instead of five logins.

ExampleAn order's Shopify details, its DHL label and its Xero invoice, handled and checked in one view.

Each app connected once, reused in every flow

Faster time to market

Take on a new payment provider or open a new market by connecting it, not by building it.

ExampleAdd Adyen or Mollie for buyers in a new country, and keep the same order-to-books flow.

Growth

Add channels, customers and markets without adding manual work or rebuilding what runs.

ExampleAmazon and eBay orders join the flow your Shopify orders already run through, with the same approvals.

What other connectors leave out.

Most tools move data. Nexra Connect shows it moved correctly.

  • Maker-checker. Important actions wait for the right person, and never for the one who asked.
  • Every action on the record. A tamper-evident history you can hand to an auditor.
  • Tested before release. Turn on a release gate and every change is checked first.
  • Credentials stay private. Kept in a secure vault, never shown to people or agents.
  • Bring your own AI agents. Claude, Cursor or your own agent can use your connected apps.
  • Your own systems too. Connect any app with a REST or OpenAPI interface, not only the ones in our catalogue.
