- Curacel Grow partner account with an environment-specific API key. Insurance distribution and product eligibility require provider onboarding; category discovery does not establish coverage in any country.

- Rate limits
- Curacel documents HTTP 429 for excessive requests without a published quota; Nexra retries reads with bounded backoff and Retry-After when supplied.
- Pagination
- Products, policies, claims, customers and broker notes use page and per_page and continue while links.next is set. Other reads return one response.
- Provider events
- Curacel Grow sends signed webhooks for policies, claims, discharge vouchers, orders and instalments to one URL set in the dashboard. Flows can start the moment something happens: when a policy is issued; when a claim is settled; when a discharge voucher is paid; when an order is cancelled.
Before you build a flow
- No purchases or payments: Nexra never creates or authorises orders, accepts quotes, cancels orders, tops up the wallet or submits claims through Curacel Grow.
- Intentionally excluded: POST /v1/orders, /v1/orders/authorize, /v1/orders/{id}/cancel, /v1/quotes/accept, PATCH /v1/quotes, /v1/partners/wallet/init-topup, POST /v1/claims (submits a claim with bank payout details; Curacel has no draft claim), POST /v1/customers (requires government ID documents), credit and debit note creation, compliance, child partners, attachments and every delete.
- Customer, claim, quote and order searches by free text are not offered because they match on customer names, e-mail or phone numbers, which would be sent in the URL.
- Quote creation forwards product-specific fields (for example vehicle details) as supplied; payment_type and child_partner_id are refused.
- Quotes and orders lists return one documented page; quotes paging parameters are not documented.

- Create the Curacel Grow credentials described above with the narrowest permissions your flows need.
- In Nexra, open Connect, then Connections, then New connection, choose Curacel Grow, enter its settings and credentials, and tick only the write actions you need. Connection guide
