Access and limits

Authentication
Attio workspace access token
Plans and access
All Attio plans can create workspace access tokens. Each token carries scopes chosen in Workspace settings → Developers; records follow those scopes.
Test environment
A free Attio workspace can be used for testing.
Rate limits
100 read and 25 write requests per second per workspace; HTTP 429 with Retry-After.
Pagination
limit/offset for record and entry queries, attribute values, notes, tasks, threads and webhooks; next_cursor for meetings, comments, emails, files, views, call recordings and activities.
Provider events
Attio webhooks for record, list entry, note, task and comment events. Flows run on demand, on a schedule, or when a scheduled check finds new or changed records.

Before you build a flow

  • Record queries have no last-modified filter; filter on a timestamp attribute you maintain, or on created_at.
  • Tasks are created from plain text only; Attio does not accept rich text or record mentions in task content.
  • Assert (upsert) replaces multiselect values; record update appends multiselect values unless overwriteMultiselect is set.
  • Record and entry creation have no idempotency key; uncertain creates are not repeated automatically.
  • Meetings are always created new; Attio does not deduplicate them against calendar-synced meetings.
  • Emails are listed as metadata only (no content), and only by linked record or domain so participant addresses stay out of URLs.
  • Files are read as metadata; uploads (multipart) and downloads (signed redirects) are not offered by the recipe engine.
  • Deletes, record merges, attribute-value history overwrites, archiving and list access changes are intentionally not offered.
  • The Enterprise SQL endpoint is not offered; use records.list with Attio filters instead.

Developer reference

  1. Create the Attio credentials described above with the narrowest permissions your flows need.
  2. In Nexra, open Connect, then Connections, then New connection, choose Attio, enter its settings and credentials, and tick only the write actions you need. Connection guide
