Flutterwave payments, reconciled to your books.
Nexra reads every settlement, separates fees and refunds, and posts one balanced journal to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or Zoho Books, in NGN, KES, GHS and more. Finance approves the exceptions. Every step is recorded.

Balanced · ready for Xero
One payout. Hundreds of payments. One person with a spreadsheet.
Gross is not net
The bank shows one number. The books need the sales, the fees and the refunds behind it, split by hand.
Batches and holds
A single settlement covers many days of payments, and held funds arrive later. Matching them takes hours each week.
Tools that don't talk
Payments, bank and accounting each keep their own record. Month-end becomes a hunt for the line that doesn't match.
From settlement to journal in four steps.
Step through a worked example. The journal builds on the right as each step finishes.
Read the settlement
ConnectNexra reads the Flutterwave settlement with its transactions, refunds and fees, keeping the reference and currency on every line.

Your account. Your rules. Your proof.
Your Flutterwave account
Nexra uses your own keys. It reads first; payouts and refunds happen only when you turn those actions on.
Your rules
Choose the currencies, the account mappings and the amount above which a second person must approve.
Your proof
Every match, approval and posting is signed and kept, so your auditor sees who did what and when.
Posts to the books you already use
Business Central, NetSuite and other ERPs too.
Built on Flutterwave's published API and tested with sample settlements. Try it in the sandbox, then connect your own account.
What finance teams ask first
- Which accounting systems can Nexra post to?
- Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and Zoho Books, as well as Business Central, NetSuite and other ERPs. You map each Flutterwave line to the accounts you already use.
- Does Nexra move money?
- Reconciliation reads your settlements and posts journals; it moves no money. Payouts and refunds run only if you turn those actions on, through your own Flutterwave account and your approval rules.
- What happens when something doesn't match?
- Nothing is posted. The line waits in a review queue with the reason, and a person decides what to do. Every decision is kept in the audit trail.
- Do we need developers?
- No. Start in the sandbox with sample settlements and a ready-made flow, or bring us your workflow and the Nexra team will set it up with you.
