Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with Nexra

Connected, approved, proven.

The things teams do most with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, an example flow with a person in the loop, and what Nexra keeps as proof.

Top actions

  • Create draft purchase orderApproval by rule
  • Search general ledger balancesRead

Example flow

  1. Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP · Search general ledger balancesDone
  2. Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP · Create customer accountNeeds approval
  3. Nexra · Record the decision and result in the evidence chainProven

Example workflow. Routine runs go through on their own. Only a change your rules flag, such as one over a limit you set, waits for the right person, who sees the exact change and the rule before it reaches Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

What gets logged

  • Whether it ran on its own or who approved it, and under which rule
  • A fingerprint of the exact request sent to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP's reply: what it created or changed
  • One entry in the evidence chain, linked to the one before

Try this in the sandbox

Run the whole flow with test data in your sandbox, then connect your own account when you are ready to go live.

Access and limits

Authentication
Integration user (HTTPS basic authentication)
Plans and access
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Financials, Procurement and SCM subscriptions. Access follows the integration user's job and data roles (business unit and ledger data access sets).
Test environment
Use a Fusion test (non-production) pod provisioned with your subscription.
Rate limits
Oracle applies pod-level throttling and returns HTTP 429 or 503 under load; page sizes are capped at 500 records.
Pagination
offset/limit with hasMore, ordered by LastUpdateDate and the primary key.
Provider events
Oracle Integration Cloud business events (separate subscription). Flows run on demand, on a schedule, or when a scheduled check finds new or changed records.

Before you build a flow

  • Nothing is posted, approved, paid or deleted. Payments, receipts, holds, credit memos and journals are read only.
  • Filters are rowmatch expressions built only from validated, single-quoted values (embedded quotes are doubled). No email address or phone number is sent in a URL by any added operation; the requisition preparer email travels in the request body.
  • Payables invoice interface (FBDI) import is not implemented; payables invoices are created through the invoices resource, which leaves them unvalidated.
  • Procurement resources (draft purchase orders, requisitions, supplier addresses and contacts) follow the Procurement REST reference at https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/procurement/25d/fapra/rest-endpoints.html.
  • Currency rates have no documented sort key, so pages follow Oracle's default order.
  • Basic authentication only; OAuth through Oracle Identity Cloud Service (JWT assertion) is not implemented.
  • Invoice validation, approval, cancellation, payments and purchase order submission are not implemented; purchase orders are created as drafts.
  • Journal batches, journal headers, journal lines and ledger balances are read only.
  • Bank transactions: Oracle's REST API has no bank statement or statement line resource, so bank_transactions reads Cash Management external transactions (bank fees, interest, receipts and payments recorded or imported for reconciliation). Imported bank statement lines themselves are not available. The resource has no separate debit or credit field; use the transaction type to tell them apart.
  • Item reads by key use the composite resource key (resourceKey) returned by the items list.
  • Child line and installment field names follow the published resource schemas; descriptive flexfields are not mapped.
  • Receivables invoice creation has no idempotency key; uncertain creates are not repeated automatically.
