Authentication
Planhat API Access Token
Plans and access
All Planhat plans; API Access Tokens are issued by Private Apps. Token permissions are configured on the Private App; actions appear as the Private App.
Test environment
Planhat provides demo or sandbox tenants through your account team.
Rate limits
Soft quota of 200 calls per minute; hard limit 150 requests per second with bursts of 50 in parallel; 32 MB request bodies.
Pagination
limit/offset; maximum page size varies by model (2,000 to 10,000).
Provider events
Planhat automations can call webhooks on model changes. Flows run on demand, on a schedule, or when a scheduled check finds new or changed records.

Before you build a flow

  • Planhat list endpoints have no last-modified filter; sort by updatedAt or lastUpdated and read incrementally.
  • Upserts use the bulk upsert endpoint with a single record; keyable fields used for matching are not updated.
  • NPS responses and users are read-only in Nexra; NPS creation and survey sends are not exposed.
  • Create operations have no idempotency key; use upsert by externalId where available.
  • The user tracking and metrics endpoints on analytics.planhat.com are not included.
  • Not exposed: deletes, bulk upserts for the added models, time entry duplication, timesheet submission and approval, ticket writes, NPS creation and survey sends, and user changes.

Developer reference

  1. Create the Planhat credentials described above with the narrowest permissions your flows need.
  2. In Nexra, open Connect, then Connections, then New connection, choose Planhat, enter its settings and credentials, and tick only the write actions you need. Connection guide
