Access and limits

- Reloadly API access tokens (Airtime, optional Gift Card)
- Plans and access
- Reloadly Airtime API account with an audience-specific bearer token. Token audience must match the selected airtime environment; gift card reads need a second token issued for the Gift Card API audience. Utility payments are not included.
- Test environment
- Test wallet available.
- Rate limits
- Reloadly does not publish per-endpoint quotas; HTTP 429 uses bounded retries and Retry-After when supplied.
- Pagination
- Operators, discounts, promotions, gift card products and transaction reports use 1-based page and size; other reads return one response.
- Provider events
- Reloadly can call a webhook for asynchronous top-ups; Nexra does not receive it. Flows run on demand, on a schedule, or when a scheduled check finds new or changed records.
Before you build a flow
- Read-only: Nexra never sends top-ups, orders gift cards, reads gift card redeem codes or pays utility bills through Reloadly.
- Intentionally excluded: POST /topups, POST /topups-async, POST /orders (gift cards), GET /orders/transactions/{id}/cards (redeem codes), phone-number operator auto-detect and MNP lookups (phone numbers in the URL), and every Utility Payments endpoint.
- Transaction reports omit recipient and sender phone numbers, recipient e-mail and PIN codes; only the PIN serial and validity are returned.
- The existing wallet balance read keeps its original request (no versioned Accept header); every new operation sends Reloadly's documented versioned Accept header.
- Access tokens are supplied directly; Nexra does not exchange client credentials with auth.reloadly.com.
Developer reference
- Create the Reloadly Airtime credentials described above with the narrowest permissions your flows need.
- In Nexra, open Connect, then Connections, then New connection, choose Reloadly Airtime, enter its settings and credentials, and tick only the write actions you need. Connection guide
