Teamtailor with Nexra

Connected, approved, proven.

The things teams do most with Teamtailor, an example flow with a person in the loop, and what Nexra keeps as proof.

Top actions

  • Create candidatecandidates.createApproval by rule
  • Create custom field optioncustom_field_options.createApproval by rule
  • List candidatescandidates.listRead

Example flow

  1. Teamtailor · List candidatescandidates.listDone
  2. Teamtailor · Create candidatecandidates.createMaker-checker
  3. Nexra · Record the decision and result in the evidence chainProven

Example workflow. Routine runs go through on their own. Only a change your rules flag, such as one over a limit you set, waits for the right person, who sees the exact change and the rule before it reaches Teamtailor.

What gets logged

  • Whether it ran on its own or who approved it, and under which rule
  • A fingerprint of the exact request sent to Teamtailor
  • Teamtailor's reply: what it created or changed
  • One entry in the evidence chain, linked to the one before

Try this in the sandbox

Run the whole flow with test data in your sandbox, then connect your own account when you are ready to go live.

Access and limits

Authentication
Teamtailor API key (Admin scope, read/write)
Plans and access
All Teamtailor plans with API access; candidate data requires an Admin-scoped API key. Public and Internal keys only see jobs, departments and locations. Candidates, applications, notes, users and custom fields need an Admin key; writes need the write or read/write permission.
Test environment
Teamtailor provides test companies to partners on request.
Rate limits
50 requests per 10 seconds; HTTP 429 with X-Rate-Limit-Reset when exceeded.
Pagination
JSON:API cursor paging with page[size] (max 30) and page[after] taken from links.next.
Provider events
Teamtailor webhooks for candidate, job application and job events. Flows run on demand, on a schedule, or when a scheduled check finds new or changed records.

Before you build a flow

  • Relationship IDs (candidate, job, stage, user) are returned for job applications, stages and notes through `include`; other lists return relationship links only.
  • Interviews, scorecard scores, job offers and requisitions are read only. Resume files are not downloaded (signed URLs expire after 30 seconds).
  • Deletes are not implemented. Teamtailor has no idempotency key, so uncertain creates are not repeated.
  • Not implemented on purpose: candidate messages and emails, rejecting applications, job offer writes, user creation (sends an invitation email), requisition writes, company updates, notification settings, uploads, and every delete.
  • Some collections (regions, teams, to-dos, reject reasons, stage types and others) link the next page with page[number] instead of page[after]; Nexra follows either.
  • regions.get is documented with a referral example response; the region shape is taken from the list and create examples.

Developer reference

  1. Create the Teamtailor AB credentials described above with the narrowest permissions your flows need.
  2. In Nexra, open Connect, then Connections, then New connection, choose Teamtailor, enter its settings and credentials, and tick only the write actions you need. Connection guide
  3. Test the connection, then use its actions as flow sources and destinations. Flow guide
