Example flow
- WooCommerce · Get sales reportDone
- WooCommerce · Create attribute termNeeds approval
- Nexra · Record the decision and result in the evidence chainProven
Example workflow. Routine runs go through on their own. Only a change your rules flag, such as one over a limit you set, waits for the right person, who sees the exact change and the rule before it reaches WooCommerce.
What gets logged
- Whether it ran on its own or who approved it, and under which rule
- A fingerprint of the exact request sent to WooCommerce
- WooCommerce's reply: what it created or changed
- One entry in the evidence chain, linked to the one before
Try this in the sandbox

Access and limits
- Authentication
- REST API consumer key and secret over HTTPS
- Plans and access
- WooCommerce 3.5+ (REST API v3); modified_after filters need WooCommerce 5.8+. Access follows the WordPress user that owns the REST API key and its Read or Read/Write permission.
- Test environment
- Use a staging WordPress site with WooCommerce installed.
- Rate limits
- No WooCommerce limit by default; hosting providers and security plugins may throttle with HTTP 429.
- Pagination
- page/per_page (up to 100) following the Link rel=next header, falling back to X-WP-TotalPages.
- Provider events
- WooCommerce webhooks for order, product, coupon and customer events (HMAC-SHA256 signed). Flows can start the moment something happens: when a new order is placed; when an order is updated; when an order is paid; when a new customer signs up.
Before you build a flow
- Customer reads and email-matched upsert implemented. Concurrent creations require reconciliation.
- WordPress must be installed at the site root; sites in a sub-directory are not supported by this connection.
- Refunds are read only; refund creation, order deletion and payment actions are not implemented.
- Order note creation has no WooCommerce idempotency key; uncertain creates are not repeated automatically.
- Meta data keys starting with an underscore (private) are not returned.
- Intentionally excluded: refunding orders (the refunded status is not accepted), marking orders paid, refund creation, payment gateway and settings changes, webhook changes, system status tools and every delete.
- orders.create always creates a pending, unpaid order; it has no WooCommerce idempotency key, so an uncertain create is not repeated automatically.
- Tag, category, attribute, term and tax class creates rely on WooCommerce rejecting duplicate names or slugs; a repeat fails instead of duplicating.
- Reports use the legacy /reports endpoints (sales and top sellers), which WooCommerce still serves but which can differ from WooCommerce Analytics.
- Settings reads are limited to the general, products, tax, shipping and account groups, and password-type values are withheld.
