- Built and tested with example responses: doneEach action is built from the provider’s published API and tested against example responses, errors, rate limits and paging.
Connected, approved, proven.
The things teams do most with Wrike, an example flow with a person in the loop, and what Nexra keeps as proof.
Top actions
- Add task comment
comments.createApproval by rule - Create work from custom item type
custom_item_instances.createApproval by rule - List approvals
approvals.listRead
Example flow
- Wrike · List approvals
approvals.listDone - Wrike · Add task comment
comments.createMaker-checker - Nexra · Record the decision and result in the evidence chainProven
Example workflow. Routine runs go through on their own. Only a change your rules flag, such as one over a limit you set, waits for the right person, who sees the exact change and the rule before it reaches Wrike.
What gets logged
- Whether it ran on its own or who approved it, and under which rule
- A fingerprint of the exact request sent to Wrike
- Wrike's reply: what it created or changed
- One entry in the evidence chain, linked to the one before
Try this in the sandbox
Run the whole flow with test data in your sandbox, then connect your own account when you are ready to go live.

Access and limits
- Authentication
- Wrike permanent access token
- Plans and access
- All Wrike plans with API access; custom fields and timelogs depend on plan features. Results follow the permissions of the user who generated the permanent token.
- Test environment
- Use a Wrike trial account; Wrike has no separate sandbox.
- Rate limits
- Approximately 400 requests per minute per user or IP; HTTP 429 on excess.
- Pagination
- nextPageToken with pageSize up to 1,000 for task, folder and timelog lists; other lists are returned whole.
- Provider events
- Wrike webhooks signed with X-Hook-Signature (HMAC-SHA256). Flows run on demand, on a schedule, or when a scheduled check finds new or changed records.
Before you build a flow
- Wrike documents parameters in the query string; Nexra sends the same parameters as an application/x-www-form-urlencoded body with JSON-encoded arrays and objects, as in Wrike's curl examples.
- The nextPageToken position in the response envelope is not in Wrike's published response schema; Nexra reads it next to kind and data.
- Comments can only be edited within five minutes of creation (Wrike rule).
- Attachment metadata is read; file contents and temporary download URLs are not transferred.
- Wrike has no idempotency key; uncertain creates are not repeated automatically.
- Approvals are read only: creating, deciding or cancelling approvals notifies approvers and is not implemented.
- Blueprint launches run asynchronously and never notify assignees; poll Get async job for the created IDs.
- Recent comment search covers comments created in a window of up to seven days (Wrike limit); task and folder comment lists have no date filter.
- Attachment reads return metadata only; Nexra never maps Wrike's temporary download or preview URLs.
- Groups, job roles, placeholders, work schedules and bookings are read only; Wrike returns these lists whole.
- Intentionally excluded: every delete, folder and task copy, space, group, user, invitation, access-role and custom-field administration, approval creation and decisions, timelog locks, timesheets and submission rules, hourly and budget rates, work-schedule changes, bookings writes, attachments upload, data export, audit log, eDiscovery and DataHub databases.
