Access and limits

- All YouTrack Cloud plans, including Free. Results follow the permissions of the user who owns the permanent token.
- Test environment
- A free YouTrack Cloud instance can be used for testing.
- Rate limits
- YouTrack Cloud does not publish fixed request limits; Nexra honours HTTP 429 and Retry-After.
- Pagination
- $skip and $top offsets; issue activity uses afterCursor while hasAfter is true. Every request names the returned attributes in fields.
- Provider events
- YouTrack apps and workflows can send HTTP requests on issue changes. Flows run on demand, on a schedule, or when a scheduled check finds new or changed records.
Before you build a flow
- Only YouTrack Cloud instances on youtrack.cloud are supported; legacy myjetbrains.com/youtrack and self-hosted servers need a path prefix the runtime does not allow.
- The updated-since filter uses YouTrack search at minute precision in the token owner's time zone.
- Subtasks are created with Add issue link using the Subtask link type (inward t or outward s).
- Attachment metadata is read; file contents are not transferred.
- YouTrack has no idempotency key; uncertain creates are not repeated automatically.
- Deletes of any kind, commands, project and custom field administration, sprint and board changes, and untagging are not implemented (intentional exclusions).
- Issue activity uses the activitiesPage cursor API, oldest first; at least one category is required and the attribute values of added and removed items are reduced to names or IDs.
- Tags and saved searches are created for the token owner and need the Create Watch Folder permission; sharing settings are not changed.
- Board column settings are requested with the documented AgileColumn fields; boards without column settings return an empty list.

- Create the JetBrains credentials described above with the narrowest permissions your flows need.
- In Nexra, open Connect, then Connections, then New connection, choose YouTrack, enter its settings and credentials, and tick only the write actions you need. Connection guide
